Coffee, tea and biscuits will be set-up in the ground floor foyer area
of the Colin Maclaurin Building (area outside CM G.01 accessed from First Gait).
LUNCH
Meal tickets have been provided for participants to have a 2 course lunch
to be taken in the Middle Floor dining area
on the following dates:

Wednesday 6th September
Thursday 7th September
Friday 8th September
DINNER
Meal tickets have been provided for participants to have a 3 course dinner
to be taken in the Middle Floor dining area
on the following dates:
Monday 4th September
Tuesday 5th September
Wednesday 6th September
Thursday 7th September
Friday 8th September
All meal tickets should be returned to the organisers at the end of the course.
COMPUTING
Wireless access can be gained in the crush area on the first floor
of the Earl Mountbatten building. Non-wireless log-ins have been
arranged for the computer labs in the Earl Mountbatten Building:
Linux lab EM1.20, XP labs EMG.46, EMG.47, EM1.53 and EM1.54.
RECEPTION
A reception has been organised and will be set-up in the Colin Maclaurin Building Common Room at 6.00pm on Monday 4th September.
(Red/white wine, fruit juice and light munchies.)
